We have developed a new-structured four-process evaporator using an integrated design concept. Innovatively, it incorporates two sets of tube bundles—one for in-tube condensation and the other for in-tube subcooling—within the same evaporator shell, enabling an evaporation process with dual phase change. This evaporator achieves efficient evaporation and steam generation under a small temperature difference (with a wall superheat ≤ 3℃). The heat exchange equipment meets the requirement of 2,500 start-stop cycles, allows continuous load adjustment between 20% and 100%, satisfies the demand for rapid start-stop of industrial thermal loads, and ensures both high safety and high reliability.
