On May 17, 2021 Top 100 Industrial Internet Pioneers with the theme of “Facilitating Digital Transformation of Manufacturing” was officially released. Shanghai Electric’s SEunicloud industrial Internet platform ranked 23rd in this list.

This list was published by the authoritative review group of Industrial Internet World. The number of enterprises involved in this rank has increased by 50% to 70% compared to previous years, suggesting that a batch of benchmark enterprises have become the main pillar for the development of industrial Internet in China.

By building the SEunicloud industrial Internet platform serving the high-end equipment industry, Shanghai Electric aims to promote the transformation of high-end equipment enterprises from merely manufacturers to manufacturers and service providers at the same time, and advance the competitiveness of the high-end equipment industry. The SEunicloud industrial Internet platform extends its functions from equipment operation and maintenance to the whole chain of the industry including production management, research and design and value-added services. It is now serving more than 100 thousand high-value devices including varieties of energy equipment and industrial equipment and manages assets with a total value exceeding RMB 140 billion.

In the future, Shanghai Electric will build the SEunicloud platform into a hub of data asset storage and allocation, give full play to its strengths in application scenarios and industrial data, provide platform users with intelligent application solutions of intelligent production, networked collaboration, personalized customization and service extension, facilitate online and offline integration and promote the combined development of the industrial chain, value chain and innovative chain.
