Recently, the 2021 11th China Medical Devices Industrial Data Release Conference sponsored by the journal Medical Equipment was held in Beijing. Shanghai Electric Kangda was awarded “The Most Socially Responsible Medical Equipment Enterprise of China” as it had performed its social responsibility well in the previous year as a state-owned enterprise.

In 2020, actively responding to the call of “combating the pandemic and supporting Hubei”, Shanghai Electric Kangda donated various medical devices valuing approximately RMB 30 million to 7 hospitals in Wuhan, and dispatched 7 batches of after-sales engineers and clinicians to hospitals for device installation, commissioning, maintenance, and clinical application training, fight alongside medical staff at the front line and assure the normal operation of medical devices.

In addition, in the last year of China’s poverty alleviation, Shanghai Electric Kangda sent mobile clinic on-board CT devices to offer free clinic services for people in remote areas.
