According to statistics, the pilot project of Model 2.0 installed elevator of Shanghai Mitsubishi had progressed smoothly in Shanghai from January to April. Contracts on more than 200 elevators had been signed, most of which adopt Lingjia prefabricated steel structure products.

To meet the government’s requirements and fulfill the enterprise’s social responsibility, Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd. spares no effort to advance the supporting work of the “Shanghai Mitsubishi Integrated Installation Program”. Since this year, the prefabricated steel structure has deeply impressed the residents using the installed elevator and been warmly received. By now, Shanghai Mitsubishi has cooperated with China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co. Ltd. and the People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China to establish the “insurance + service” model of installed elevators, i.e. “Lingjia Worry-free Elevator Installation” life-cycle operation + maintenance solution. It produced the advertisement leaflet for residents and widely distributed the leaflets through all one-stop partners.

Responding to the difficulties in elevator installation such as the difficult wiring, no property management company or no monitoring in old districts, Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd. put forward the scheme of “connecting the alarm signal to Shanghai Mitsubishi customer service center to replace the intercom with the monitoring room”. The feasibility of such a scheme will be determined upon the discussion with China Special Equipment Inspection & Research Institute (CSEI).

Shanghai Mitsubishi signed the centralized design framework protocol with four design units including Hufang Architectural Design Company and Fengxian Architectural Design Institute and developed the regional project allocation mechanism based on the principle of proximity. It is still in talks with the other two design units.

Next, it will strengthen the construction of the factory pre-installation capacity of installed elevators, and based on the whole process of pre-installation of the first sample elevator, determine the process and production preparation plan. Reduce the wait time during installation on site by reducing the time of elevator installation based on pre-installation. Pre-installation can be adopted for all projects that satisfy relevant requirements in the second half of the year.
