HP mills produced by SEHPS are widely liked by customers because of its better adaptability for various coals, high operational reliability, easy and low maintenance. Until 2019, SEHPS has produced more than 4500 sets of HP medium-speed coal mill which were installed in almost 300 50MW-100MW power generator at home and abroad, and all installed coal mill are in good running condition. HP coal mills developed by SEHPS have been achieved the top level of the domestic market share. In addition, in recent years, more than 1000 sets of HP coal mills have been exported to other countries and areas.
SEHPS is the only company in China which imported the full set of leading technology of coal mill design and manufacturing from CE. Using conical grinding roll and leaving 3-5mm space between grinding roll and liners in order to ensure the good adaptability for different types of coal such as inferior coal, bituminous coal, subbituminous coal and high moisture lignite. SHMP coal mill can start at running with zero load and is able to run smoothly with the increase of load. It can also satisfy the requirement of plasma ignition, low load operation of power plant and peak shaving.
