Dong Jianhua is currently an executive Director and a vice president of the Company, a director of SEGC and the chairman of the board of directors of Shanghai Highly (Group) Co., Ltd.. He served as the vice president and chief financial officer of SEGC, chairman of the supervisory committee of the Company and the secretary of the Party Committee of J-Yuan Trust Co., Ltd.. Prior to joining SEGC, Mr. Dong served as the assistant to the head and the deputy head of Infrastructure Office, the deputy head and head of the Fixed Assets Investment and Audit Office, the head of the Financial Audit Office of Shanghai Municipal Audit Bureau. Mr. Dong has been involved in professional auditing for more than 20 years. Mr. Dong graduated from Shanghai Tongji University with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He also obtained a master's degree in business administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. Dong is a professor-level senior economist.
