Ms. Leng Weiqing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, used to be member of the Party Committee of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Director of the Corporate Leadership Management Division, Vice President of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group, Member of the Department of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Director of the Economic Cadre Division, Director of the Corporate Cadre Management Office and Director of the Corporate Cadre Division, Vice Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Director of the Office of Shanghai Municipal Organization Committee.
