Supercritical 600MW Steam Turbine
The supercritical 600MW steam turbine mainly has four series, including three-cylinder four-exhaust with combined HIP module, two-cylinder two-exhaust with combined HIP module, three-cylinder two-exhaust with split HP&IP module and four-cylinder four-exhaust with split HP&IP module. It can adapt to water cooling or air cooling, and can provide appropriate amount of industrial extraction and heating extraction.

    • Typical steam inlet parameters 24.2MPa/566°C/566°C, and the rated back pressure ranges from 3.4kPa to 30kPa;

    • The orders and Commercial operation performance both exceeded 100 units, of which more than 20 are overseas. Typical projects include Huaneng Weijiamao project, Pakistan Sahiwal project etc.

In addition to its obvious advantages in thermal economy, safety, reliability and ease of operation and maintenance, the overall performance of the products has reached the international first-class level. The latest products adopt the mature design of with split HP module and IP module, which leads to obvious improvement in performance, and have been greatly upgraded and optimized in the ease of maintenance and automation of operation. Also the overall shipment of HP module and IP module has been realized, more typical design of Shanghai Electric such as integrated lube oil system and “one-click start-stop” technology are adopted.
