Shanghai Electric has been devoted to building an intelligent O&M and prognostics health management platform defined by a standardized system data, digitalized equipment maintenance and procedure-based scheduling to solve problems in areas of condition monitoring, production management, life-cycle management and aided decision-making to meet the needs of digitalization of internet-based rail transit O&M. With this platform, it can mine maintenance data more accurately, set up warning models for equipment failure, optimize O&M and production schedules, build multi-field maintenance teams and take a leading position in maintenance model reform, which will meet an increasing demand for cost reductions, increased quality and efficiency and emergency collaboration amidst the ongoing development of rail transit maintenance.
The "i-PHMart" platform for urban rail transit intelligent O&M and prognostics health management, driven by “Industrial Internet + rail transit O&M services”, connects isolated information among various professional systems by integrating the business scenarios of trains, power supply, communication signaling, electromechanical equipment and construction maintenance. It incorporates a number of core modules: integrated monitoring and cooperative control, O&M and production management and performance optimization, data-driven failure warning and health management, and multi-field whole-life-cycle management. In addition, it provides O&M knowledge databases and smart decision-making tools like RCM and RAMS. In this way, it can ensure security, reduce costs and energy consumption, and increase efficiency and service quality.
Using this platform, set up an O&M and production scheduling center and service teams for rail transit O&M. Based on the independently comprehensive O&M management system, it can be integrated with multi-field emergency commands as well as production and scheduling, and perform standardized in-depth equipment evaluation, intelligentize equipment and facilities, provide consultation on O&M management improvement and train multi-field talents.
