EPR nuclear power plant is the third generation of nuclear power technology, one of the most advanced nuclear technologies in the world. It is the first time for the project to be constructed and installed domestically. The set of EPR accumulation tank produced by us is the first time for such equipment to be manufactured domestically, which pioneered in manufacturing this product. During manufacturing, a large amount of equipment parameters have been solidified, and the manufacturing of the equipment is in the leading position in the industry.
EPR accumulation tank is produced and manufactured with Z2CN19.10 nitrogen-containing stainless steel, which has no relevant experience to learn from for it is the first time (this material is used) among similar domestic nuclear products. The thickness of the plate is 82mm, which is (also) the first time for plate of such thickness is made in domestic nuclear products. During the process of production, a series of forming and welding process is involved and we have innovatively developed a number of manufacturing technologies and obtained a invention patent through lots of research.
