Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant _AP1000 accumulator tank
The accumulator tank of 1＃unit in Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant is the first domestic AP1000 equipment in the world. It was shipped from SAP in June 2010, This accumulator tank was put into operation in September 2018.

AP1000 Nuclear Power technology is one of the most advanced nuclear power technologies in the world. The AP1000 accumulation tank manufactured by our company is the first unit of such equipment in the world. During manufacturing, a large amount of equipment parameters have been solidified, and the manufacturing of the equipment is in the leading position in the industry. 

Accumulation Tank is a spherical pressure vessel. It is mainly made of low alloy steel, and with a layer of stainless steel covering the inner surface. Our company used low-alloy steel composite stainless steel plate to manufacture the equipment by forming and welding, which is advanced technology in domestic and abroad. In manufacturing, we finished a lot of research and solved a series problems especially in forming and welding. We have innovatively developed a number of manufacturing technologies and obtain two invention patents.
