Nuclear island Accumulation Tank
Accumulation Tank is one of the most important equipment in nuclear power plant. After connected to the system, accumulation Tank will be filled with boric acid water. Boric acid water will be covered with pressured nitrogen, so that when necessary, the boric acid water will be injected rapidly into the reactor core and fully cool down the reactor core. Accumulation Tank is an important part of the safty system.

    Products are used in Sanmen 1000MW, Haiyang 1000MW, Lufeng 1000MW nuclear power plant.

AP1000 Nuclear Power technology is one of the most advanced nuclear power technologies in the world. The AP1000 accumulation tank manufactured by our company is the first unit of such equipment in the world. During manufacturing, a large amount of equipment parameters have been solidified, and the manufacturing of the equipment is in the leading position in the industry. 

Accumulation Tank is a spherical pressure vessel. It is mainly made of low alloy steel, and with a layer of stainless steel covering the inner surface. Our company used low-alloy steel composite stainless steel plate to manufacture the equipment by forming and welding, which is advanced technology in domestic and abroad. In manufacturing, we finished a lot of research and solved a series problems especially in forming and welding. We have innovatively developed a number of manufacturing technologies and obtain two invention patents.
