Nuclear island ASP condenser
The ASP condenser system is used to derive core waste heat under DEC conditions where ASG/VDA heat conduction mode is not available. The ASP condenser receives steam from the secondary side of SG, condenses the steam into water, and transfers heat to the ASP tank. The condenser is immersed in the ASP tank. During the normal operation of the power plant, the outside of the ASP condenser is submerged and the side of the tube is filled with desalination.

    Products are used in Hongyanhe 1000MW, Fangchenggang 1000MW nuclear power plant.

ASP condenser is a newly added safety equipment in nuclear power plant. Our company has contracted 12 sets of ASP condenser equipment in hongyanhe and fangchenggang projects, and has rich manufacturing experience in ASP condenser.

The body of ASP condenser is made of austenitic stainless steel. During the manufacturing process, through a series of anti-deformation measures, the overall size of the product after welding can meet the requirements of the design standard. The C-shaped tube has specification of φ48x3mm, the tube and the tube sheet are expanded with a special hydraulic tube expanding device. After expanding, the tube has a smooth internal surface without defects, the expanding area is smooth, and the pulling force of the tube meets the requirements of RCCM. Different from the traditional shell and tube heat exchanger, this product has no shell. During the manufacturing process, a special tooling shell is designed and manufactured, which is used for helium leak detection after tube and tube sheet welded.
