Generation II Plus is a large commercial pressurized water reactor technical solution in China, which is based on 1000 MW nuclear power unit CPR1000 introduced from France by CGNPC and combined with technical improvement and it is an advanced, mature, safe and economical “Generation II Plus” main core type which can be independently volume-constructed. Meanwhile for the time being it is the technical solution with the highest level of our country’s design autonomy, equipment localization, construction autonomy and operation autonomy and takes domestic nuclear power station of the best operating performance as reference basis, Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station Phase II Unit 1 is the first unit of Generation II Plus technical solution, and Ling Ao 2, 3 and 4, Hong Yan He 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5# and 6#, Ningde 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5# and 6#, Fangjiashan 1# and 2#, Fuqing 1#, 2#, 3# and 4#, Yangjiang 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5# and 6#, Tianwan 5# and 6# adopt CPR1000 technical solution. CPR1000 complies with the law of nuclear power technological development and can be smoothly joined up with Generation III nuclear power technology and it is also a technological fruition of constantly continual improvement on the basis of years of operating experience in 1000-typed units of the same type in the world.
In the course of manufacturing, the new manufacturing process for core barrel has been independently developed, which effectively ensure machining accuracy of fuel pin holes and lower core support plate plane; and special trepanning machine that supports machining of large bore on such large forgings as core support plate and etc. has been developed, which effectively raises machining efficiency and ensure parts accuracy; by making full use of its advantage in equipment, an all-in-one simultaneous machining technology of alignment plate pin hole has been independently developed, which improves fit precision of alignment plate locating pin and has reduced mounting difficulty; and corresponding machining tooling and welding tooling have been designed according to product configuration.
