During manufacturing we independently developed new manufacturing process for core barrel so that the machining precision of fuel pin hole and the core support plate plane is ensured effectively; Taking advantage of its equipment, we independently developed the integrated synchronous machining technology for pin holes of alignment plate in order to improve the mating precision of alignment plate locating pin, and to reduce the assembly difficulty; We independently designed and developed a set of clamping and positioning support device for core shroud welding, which can effectively reduce welding deformation of core shroud and guarantee the precision of core shroud; We independently developed a dedicated machine for core shroud, which can effectively improve machining efficiency of welded core shroud and guarantee the machining precision.
