In the course of manufacturing, the new manufacturing process for core barrel has been independently developed, which effectively ensure machining accuracy of fuel pin holes and lower core support plate plane; auxiliary devices for IGA precision welding and precision finishing have been independently designed, improving the accuracy grade of IGA precision parts’ machining, assembling and welding; by making full use of its advantage in equipment, an all-in-one simultaneous machining technology of alignment plate pin hole has been independently developed, which improves fit precision of alignment plate locating pin and has reduced mounting difficulty; a set of set-up, locating and supporting devices for core shroud welding use are independently designed and developed, enabling to effectively reduce core shroud’s welding deformation and ensuring the precision of core shroud; a special machine for core shroud machining has been independently developed, enabling to effectively raise machining efficiency after the welding of core shroud and ensuring machining accuracy; and corresponding machining tooling and welding tooling have been designed according to product configuration.
