The introduction of our cold shrinkable type products

Our cold shrinkable cable accessories, reaching the domestic advanced level, are manufactured by liquid silicon rubber with high tensile strength and excellent tear strength. Advanced expansive technics is adopted to guarantee the excellent performance of the product.

Waterproof edge design can improve the product’s waterproof performance as well as effectively solve the unavoidable bending and deformation problem.

Adopt pre-expanded installation technologyto avoid dragging forth and back during installation of prefabricated joints.

Adopt integral expensive tube for cold shrinkable type products to avoid internal deformation.

Production equipment

8 rubber injection-mound machines (160/250 tons) imported from DESMA company in Germany.

3 feeding systems imported from 2KM company.

Solid rubber equipment: production capacity reaches 24000 pieces per year.

Liquid silicone rubber equipment: production capacity reaches 96000 pieces per year.

Liquid silicone rubber feeding equipment: feeding for liquid silicone rubber according to the proportion of A and B components.

Test equipment

Lanbo high voltage equipment: partial discharge (PD) and power frequency withstand voltage test system. The maximum test voltage is 150kV. The equipment is suitable for factory test of 35kV and below cable accessories.

Tensile equipment wholly controlled by computer: It is suitable for the test of physical performance of raw materials.

Mooney viscometer and rheometer equipment: It is suitable for the test of curing property of raw materials. The test results can be directly used to guide the production.
