Seg1-12 environmental protection gas insulated switchgear produced by our company is applied in 12kV primary distribution system. It is mainly used for power transmission of power plants, small and medium-sized generators, power distribution of industrial and mining enterprises and institutions, as well as secondary substation power receiving, power transmission and large-scale high-voltage motor starting. It is used for control, protection and monitoring. The gas box of seg1 switch cabinet adopts 3mm stainless steel plate, laser cutting and robot welding to ensure the accuracy. The gas box is welded with stiffeners and built-in multiple insulation supports to ensure the strength of the gas box; the switch cabinet frame is made of 2mm aluminum coated zinc plate through composite bending and assembly, effectively increasing the strength of the cabinet frame. The panel of the switch cabinet adopts electrostatic spraying, with beautiful appearance and good corrosion resistance. The switch cabinet is equipped with special vse1 type circuit breaker and sps1 type three position switch, which is a completely self-developed product.
