Helped Acquire a 100% Stake in Broetje
In 2016, Shanghai Electric acquired a 100% stake in Broetje for EUR 173 million. Shanghai Electric Group Finance Company, Ltd. participated in this project as a financial advisor and helped to draft the valuation report, conduct the due diligence, and send the binding offer.
Broetje Automation is a world-leading aircraft manufacturer. Through this acquisition, Shanghai Electric was able to expand into the aerospace automated manufacturing equipment and systems sector.
