Prior to his current role, he served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer of the Company; Party Committee Secretary and Vice President of Shanghai Electric Finance Group; General Manager of the Pledge Financing Department and Risk Management Department at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.; Vice President of Shanghai Guotai Junan Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd.; Vice President, Chief Risk Control Officer, and Secretary to the Board of Directors at China海运Trust Co., Ltd.; Legal Specialist in the Asset Preservation Department at the Head Office of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank; and as a Prosecutor at the People’s Procuratorate of Bengbu City, Anhui Province. Dr. Hu holds a Doctor of Law (LL.D.) degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
