Mr. Wei Xudong currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. He previously held key financial roles at Shanghai Turbine Generator Co., Ltd., including Head of Finance Section, Assistant Finance Director, Deputy Finance Director, and Finance Director. At Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group, he served as Finance Director, Assistant President, Vice President, and CFO. He also held leadership positions at Shanghai Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. as Finance Director and Vice President, and at Shanghai Machinery Co., Ltd. as Party Secretary and Director. Additionally, he served as Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager (Legal Representative) of Shanghai CMI Machinery Co., Ltd., and Head of the Economic Operations Department at the parent company. Mr. Wei graduated from the School of Management at Xi’an Jiaotong University and holds a Professional Accounting Master’s degree from Shanghai National Accounting Institute and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
